The CGT-P1 is especially designed to grind down scrapped or unuseable wood pallets and turns the waste material to wood chips. The wood chips can be used for burner fuel, animal bedding, bio mass or landscape material or many different other uses.
The target of development was the time saving and less power consumption. The shredder is driven by only 45kW and turns a pallet in chips in less then 20 seconds. The back stroke is minimized by a high speed hydraulic. That means on other hand the cost of more then 150 pallets are only the cost of 45kWh energy.
Because of the very strong designed frame, the heavy bearings, the strong and solid hydraulic system and the fulminant cutting system with long wear lifespan runs that pallet shredder by a minimum of maintenance costs.
